It’s one thing to be a sleazy paparazzi/celebrity gossip monger but it may be quite another to publish a crotch shot of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus.

So let’s see. In five months, Cyrus will be 18, and fair game. But right now she’s a child and Perez could get 15 years in prison for posting a Twitter link. One-size-fits-all punishment doesn’t work for me, in this case …
Which is not to say that I think anyone has the right to distribute crotch shots of anyone else without said person’s permission. But that’s an issue of privacy, for me; and even celebrities and public figures are entitled to some.

I agree that privacy should be respected, but um… she’s an attention whore wearing a short dress with no panties getting out of a low sports car. She’s TOTAL JAIL BAIT. And isn’t the guy who might face charges GAY?
Sheesh.
I don’t know if he’s gay, hon … I barely know who he IS, actually.
This seems to have utterly blown over, which in some ways is too bad. It might have made a hugely entertaining and interesting court case …
